Join a community of women living their sacred womanhood, a very grounded spirituality, and co-creating through genuine sisterhood. A programme of community experiences, retreats, and immersions for healing, transformation and emergence. Step into a Temple for Sacred Feminine remembering, embodiment and devotion.
IN-PERSON EVENTS
The perimenopause - menopause transition is a powerful initiation that seems to 'undo' us, in order to have us accessing more of our wild and wise nature. This can be challenging, sending us on our own heroine's journey. These day retreats offer us a space to gather to be in this worthy enquiry, to inform ourselves and support each other to rest into change.
RESIDENTIAL RETREATS
A quiet space and a sacred pause for you to plug back into the source of your health, energy and joy. Enjoy a fully guided journey for self-kindness and connection with the support of restorative yoga, meditation in various forms, yoga nidra, embodiment practices, journaling and time in nature. These retreats are open to all levels of experience.
ONLINE SELF-STUDY FOR COUPLES
A self-led, self-paced online course that supports you to create quality time together through exchanging massage. 7 short everyday massages and 1 full body massage, 40 short videos with practical guidance on conscious connecting, plus downloadable pdf guide sheets, and spotify playlists.
IN PERSON EVENT
A space for you to be quiet, relax and rest. A moment of self-care, letting be, and gentle inner listening. Here we honour the body as Temple and let our rest be a prayer of gratitude. Restorative Yoga, Breathing, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Rest Temples happen in the darker autumn-winter season.
ONLINE COMMUNITY
A welcome circle of heart-centred women exploring the wisdom of their menopause transition. We are supporting each other to feel all the feels, face the fears, meet the challenges, and keep choosing ourselves, open hearts, healthy habits, and positive states of mind, as we go through change.
